Asset Remarketing Manager (Industrial)

About the role

Join Manheim Industrial (part of Cox Automotive Australia) as an Asset Remarketing Manager (our internal job title is Project Manager) based at either our Moorebank, NSW, or Adelaide, SA, auction sites. This full-time role is responsible for managing the remarketing of industrial assets, including the strategic planning, pricing, and sales of these assets. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in maximising returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement strategic remarketing plans for industrial assets
2. Analyse market trends and pricing to determine optimal sales strategies
3. Manage the end-to-end remarketing process, from inventory management to sales execution
4. Drive national asset remarketing and service delivery through close collaboration and regular regional interstate travel
5. Identify and capitalise on new remarketing opportunities to drive business growth
6. Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience in asset remarketing, preferably within the industrial sector
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise remarketing strategies
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
4. Proven track record of delivering high-value remarketing outcomes
5. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
